Plaintiff's Personal Injury

Our firm represents individuals injured because of the negligent or intentional behavior of another. Victims of personal injury are entitled to financial compensation for their medical and property expenses, incidental costs caused by the accident, and may be entitled to additional damages to cover future expenses, pain and suffering, or other issues. If you or a family member has been injured as a result of medical care, nursing home care or neglect, or in a car accident or other accident, contact us to discuss your case.

Products Liability

We have years of experience representing individuals who have been injured as a result of an unsafe product that was designed, manufactured, sold, and/or furnished by a person or company. We assist those injured individuals in bringing their claims and being fairly compensated for their injuries.

Slip and Fall

Slip and fall describes the type of injury suffered on someone else's property as a result of a defect, slippery substance, or other dangerous condition. These injuries commonly occur at supermarkets and restaurants due to food on the floor. The general rule of law is that the owner or operator of the premises has a duty to keep the premises in reasonably safe condition or at least warn customers of a dangerous condition of which the owner or operator either caused, knows about, or should know about.

Medical Malpractice

A medical malpractice case involves injuries arising from the care or treatment rendered by a medical provider. Medical providers include physicians, nurses, hospitals, psychologists, x-ray technicians and a variety of other medical professionals. There are many different kinds of medical malpractice, but some examples are: dispensing the wrong medicine or the wrong dose of medicine; improper reading of x-rays; transfusion errors; the misdiagnosis of a life-threatening condition; surgery on the wrong limb; accidents during surgery; infections related to treatment; birth trauma; preventable suicide; restraint-related injuries; burns, falls and pressure ulcers. If you believe you've been the victim of a medical mistake, you should contact an attorney with experience in medical malpractice to evaluate and handle your case as quickly as possible.

Professional Malpractice Law

We are experienced in professional malpractice law and can help clients determine whether or not malpractice has occurred when someone or something is injured as a result of negligence or misconduct of individuals in the dental, legal, medical, and other professional fields.

Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect

The most common types of neglect and abuse are malnutrition, falls, dehydration, pressure sores, infections, burns, and assaults. Staffing and training deficiencies often cause these injuries. If your loved ones are victims of neglect or abuse in a nursing or residential facility, there are probably other residents in the facility who are also being neglected or abused; in fact there is probably a continuing pattern of neglect at the facility. The facility's history of violations of both federal and state law can show this pattern. Our firm will aggressively pursue all forms of neglect, abuse and assault.

Premises Accidents

Our firm represents individuals who have been injured while on another person or business's land. Premises liability encompasses a variety of claims, including but not limited to injuries sustained in elevators, building corridors, and outside on private or public land.

Construction Accidents

Owners and general contractors have an obligation to keep the work site safe. If there is an accident, in many cases a worker will be able to bring a claim against the owner or general contractor in addition to a workers' compensation claim. It is important to consult a firm with expertise in this area of the law to ensure that your rights are fully protected.

Automobile Accidents

We have represented a large number of automobile accident victims. We take great pride in limiting our representation to plaintiffs and in representing no insurance companies involved in these claims. We are committed to treating each case, large or small, with the seriousness it deserves in order to assure that each of our clients receives the compensation that he or she deserves.

Wrongful Death

Wrongful Death is a legal term that refers to situations when a person dies due to the negligence of another. Wrongful Death cases may arise as a result of a variety of incidents, including car accidents, aviation accidents, and medical malpractice. We strive to make sure that the survivor and beneficiaries are maximally compensated for their loss. In times of grief it is obviously difficult for family members to understand the importance of a prompt investigation of the circumstances of death, preservation of evidence and identification of responsible parties. Let us speak for you.
